How are you today?
I went to school for Architecture, wrote and designed my Master of Architecture thesis regarding Lower Manhattan. I Graduated with M-Arch in 2000. Following the rebuilding process of lower Manhattan carefully; I was able to discover countless violations of administrative, design and moral principles. The rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan is clearly corrupted. I documented all the failures of the rebuilding process of the rebuilding of the WTC.
It is without a doubt that New York City’s mayor should read every word that I wrote regarding rebuilding Lower Manhattan. It is available free for you upon request.

How are you today?
As a governor of New York you have jurisdiction over the port authority of NY & NJ. (The entity that owns WTC site and partly ran the corrupted rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan)
I went to school for Architecture, wrote and designed my M-Arch thesis regarding Lower Manhattan. Following the rebuilding process of lower Manhattan carefully, I discovered and documented countless violations of administrative, professional and moral principles. The rebuilding process of new World Trade Center is clearly corrupted wasting a golden economic Growth opportunity on New York.
I respectfully answer all the letters, E-mails and phone calls that I receive regarding this matter timely.

The rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan and its outcome were corrupted to the core and have to be stopped and reviewed publicly. I documented the failures and wrong doings of this process in a slide show and a book. I am ready to present my findings to The State of New York.
The second presentation I have for the State of New York is of a far superior rebuilding approach for the entirety of lower Manhattan and beyond. This design approach, I developed from 1994 until now and it is highlighted in my year 2000 Master of Architecture thesis. This project will significantly commemorate, superiorly rebuild and nationally uplift. This approach was never introduced to the public.
The idea of building the original WTC was first thought of in the forties of the last century. It was courageous and innovative idea; then. Building a version of the same project 60 years later is at best; dull. Factoring the corruption that dominated the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan from its start in 2001 until now makes it dull and criminal. This is what is being constructed as you are reading this.
