I went to school for Architecture, wrote and designed my Master of Architecture thesis regarding Lower Manhattan. I Graduated with M-Arch in 2000. Following the rebuilding process of lower Manhattan carefully; I was able to discover countless violations of administrative, design and moral principles. The rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan is clearly corrupted. I documented all the failures of the rebuilding process of the rebuilding of the WTC.

As a governor of New York you have jurisdiction over the port authority of NY & NJ. (The entity that owns WTC site and partly ran the corrupted rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan)
I went to school for Architecture, wrote and designed my M-Arch thesis regarding Lower Manhattan. Following the rebuilding process of lower Manhattan carefully, I discovered and documented countless violations of administrative, professional and moral principles. The rebuilding process of new World Trade Center is clearly corrupted wasting a golden economic Growth opportunity on New York.

My E-mail # 100 to the FBI director Mr. Robert S. Mueller, III
As the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan started after the terrorist attacks of September 11, it was obvious for me that this process is corrupted. And there was the challenging task of writing and explaining my findings in a way that is comprehendible to the stewards of other professions. Reaching the professionals of law enforcement agencies toped the list of who I was trying to reach.
As soon as it was clear that the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan passed the stage where it should be critiqued by journalist and design critics, and should be “critiqued” by the FBI, I sent my finding to the FBI. When I haven’t received a proper answer, I started to e-mail FBI director.

I have a Master of Architecture degree from SUNY Buffalo, graduated in 2000. My thesis was a national project to expand Lower Manhattan into the sea achieving ages of prosperity and expandability for Manhattan.
As the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan commenced after the terrorist attacks of September 11, I offered a synopsis of my design work for the LMDC (the entity the administered the rebuilding process). They refused to critique it, refused to hear or meet me. They put their refusal in writing. I followed the rebuilding process of lower Manhattan closely and was able to discover countless violations of design and administrative principles. This process is vividly corrupted. I am sure if you will read my findings you will discover countless crimes.
I followed this process for years writing critical essays as soon as I finished what I wrote; I assembled it in book, copied it on a CD and sent it to your attention as well as the attention of New York’s FBI. I have never received an acknowledgment or an answer from you or the FBI under your administration.
Couple decades later the American people will not be able to name who America was in war with in 2007. Yet they will be able to tell that the rebuilding process of the world trade center was corrupted. While the inferior architecture that is being constructed now will not be able to significantly commemorate the victims of September 11; it will clearly “commemorate” the corruption of the rebuilding process to the whole world.
This rebuilding process was largely funded by the Federal government. My finding easily accumulated a more than 200 pages book. I will gladly share it with the FBI; I can present my work for you or your staff.
This E-mail #100 yet I tried to contact the NYC's FBI and the FBI's director dozens of times over few years , never received a proper acknowledgment that my letters and e-mails were received and never received an answer. That is why I maintained a count.

My Letter for Tony Blair (the prime minister of England)
Sending countless letters to American officials, politicians and the media and very much never receives an acknowledgment or an answer. I don’t know what is happing in the other end do they receive their letters and choose not to answer? Or all thousands of letters to everyone that exposes corruption gets stolen? I got the idea of sending a letter to a friendly head of a foreign government asking him to forward my letter to the American government. While my dozens of letters to the FBI were never acknowledged or answered, ironically my letter to the prime minister of England was acknowledged and answered in a couple days. The letter that sent to Tony Blair just like hundreds of other letters was stolen from my computer.i'll post his respons soon.

The flawed process of the LMDC gave birth to a corrupted design that is being constructed in Ground Zero as you are reading this letter. It is urgent that get involved and take an action to stop it.
The distinguished New York State Senate has an oversight role on the lower Manhattan’s rebuilding process. I am suggesting that you use this oversight rule to the best of your ability and the best of the ability of the New York State Senate’s specialized committees. Despite the unmistakable corruption of lower Manhattan’s rebuilding process I didn’t hear the State Senate criticizing this process or its outcome. New York City is taken for a ride, and I expect you to shout over the mountains’ tops. Your podium at the New York State Senate as one of these tops. LMDC outlined embarrassing goals to rebuild lower Manhattan. To completely achieve these goals, the process would have been declared a major failure. LMDC never came close to achieve their own short sighted goals, failing on every milestone thus far.
Governor Eliot Spitzer compared the corruption of the process of rebuilding lower Manhattan to the Enron scandal. LMDC ruined the New York’s rebuilding process and now they are dissolving themselves and running. Most likely they are spending their time, destroying the evidences that could incriminate them before leaving.
I am offering my testimony before you and before the distinguished members of the New York State Senate . Enclosed on the accompanied CD is an unedited copy of my book “In for a Dream”. My 10- 2- 2007 letter to NYC's Council Speaker Christine C. Quinn

You mentioned in your letter that

If fact I don't maintain a level of expectations I know with certitude that those guys are criminals. They bribe politicians and writers, prostituting New York to make an enormous illegal wealth out of the disaster. If you think that is good enough to send this kind of letter while the criminals are continuing building this demeaning architecture I think you are wrong madam.
1- the public never knew that the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan is corrupted from start to finish. This corrupted architecture is being constructed now. all what you are capable of doing is sending me this letter?
I can present my investigation before the city council for 2 hours proving conclusively that the current rebuilding process is criminally corrupted.
2- my Master of architecture thesis was a national project to expand lower Manhattan that is far supporter rebuilding approach to rebuild lower manhattan , this approach was never presented to the public while the current criminal approach is being constructed now.
I can present my project for the city council members for 2 hours.
I sent more than 200 pages on a CD to that contained a complete detailed indictment of the Lower Manhattan's current rebuilding process to dozens of the members of the city council , never received a single answer or acknowledgment from any of them that they received it.

Thank you for your letter concerning the expansion and rebuilding of Lower Manhattan. As New Yorkers, each of us maintains a level of expectation - and perhaps frustration - surrounding the process of rebuilding the World Trade Center, and I appreciate the significant time you have spent reflecting upon it.I understand from your letter that you are extremely critical of current plans to rebuild Ground Zero and Lower Manhattan and believe that the rebuilding process has not been conducted in accordance with sound administrative, moral and architectural principles. As you know, the rebuilding of Lower Manhattan has been primarily the responsibility of the state-created Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC), and a bi-state agency, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. As a result, the Council's involvement to date has been limited to an oversight role. I do thank you however, for continuing to keep me updated on your efforts regarding this issue.

Dear Mr: Gerson
I was invited to testify before the city council’s committee of Lower Manhattan Redevelopment. You chaired this hearing. I presented one of my Lower Manhattan expansion schemes, you described it as “fascinating”, you asked me to send you a copy of my book on a CD and I did. I never received an answer from you or an acknowledgment that you received it until now. What is “fascinating” was never critiqued, never pursued and never presented to the public. In the mean time the inferior architecture produced by the criminally corrupted process is being built on ground zero now. Please acknowledge receiving this e-mail as you receive it. I have a Master of Architecture degree from SUNY Buffalo, graduated in 2000. My thesis was a national project to expand Lower Manhattan into the sea achieving ages of prosperity and expandability for Manhattan.As the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan commenced after the terrorist attacks of September 11, I offered a synopsis of my design work for the LMDC (the entity that administered the rebuilding process). Despite the overwhelming relevance my design work had to the rebuilding process, LMDC refused to critique it, refused to hear or meet me. They put their refusal in writing. I followed the rebuilding process of lower Manhattan closely and was able to discover countless violations of design, moral and administrative principles. The current rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan is corrupted yet the architecture it produced is being constructed as you are reading this.
This rebuilding process was largely funded by the government. My finding accumulated a more than 200 pages book. My book is pending publishing. I will gladly share an unedited copy with you for information. I started a Blog that highlights the chapters of the book.
