Dear Mr. Drago

The rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan and its outcome were corrupted to the core and have to be stopped and reviewed publicly. I documented the failures and wrong doings of this process in a slide show and a book. I am ready to present my findings to The State of New York.
The second presentation I have for the State of New York is of a far superior rebuilding approach for the entirety of lower Manhattan and beyond. This design approach, I developed from 1994 until now and it is highlighted in my year 2000 Master of Architecture thesis. This project will significantly commemorate, superiorly rebuild and nationally uplift. This approach was never introduced to the public.
The idea of building the original WTC was first thought of in the forties of the last century. It was courageous and innovative idea; then. Building a version of the same project 60 years later is at best; dull. Factoring the corruption that dominated the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan from its start in 2001 until now makes it dull and criminal. This is what is being constructed as you are reading this.
