As the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan started after the terrorist attacks of September 11, it was obvious for me that this process is corrupted. And there was the challenging task of writing and explaining my findings in a way that is comprehendible to the stewards of other professions. Reaching the professionals of law enforcement agencies toped the list of who I was trying to reach.
As soon as it was clear that the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan passed the stage where it should be critiqued by journalist and design critics, and should be “critiqued” by the FBI, I sent my finding to the FBI. When I haven’t received a proper answer, I started to e-mail FBI director.

Dear Mr. Director Robert S. Mueller, III
Dear New York's FBI
I have a Master of Architecture degree from SUNY Buffalo, graduated in 2000. My thesis was a national project to expand Lower Manhattan into the sea achieving ages of prosperity and expandability for Manhattan.
As the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan commenced after the terrorist attacks of September 11, I offered a synopsis of my design work for the LMDC (the entity the administered the rebuilding process). They refused to critique it, refused to hear or meet me. They put their refusal in writing. I followed the rebuilding process of lower Manhattan closely and was able to discover countless violations of design and administrative principles. This process is vividly corrupted. I am sure if you will read my findings you will discover countless crimes.
I followed this process for years writing critical essays as soon as I finished what I wrote; I assembled it in book, copied it on a CD and sent it to your attention as well as the attention of New York’s FBI. I have never received an acknowledgment or an answer from you or the FBI under your administration.
Couple decades later the American people will not be able to name who America was in war with in 2007. Yet they will be able to tell that the rebuilding process of the world trade center was corrupted. While the inferior architecture that is being constructed now will not be able to significantly commemorate the victims of September 11; it will clearly “commemorate” the corruption of the rebuilding process to the whole world.


This rebuilding process was largely funded by the Federal government. My finding easily accumulated a more than 200 pages book. I will gladly share it with the FBI; I can present my work for you or your staff.

This E-mail #100 yet I tried to contact the NYC's FBI and the FBI's director dozens of times over few years , never received a proper acknowledgment that my letters and e-mails were received and never received an answer. That is why I maintained a count.
